How I Prepared For The COVID-19 Vaccine

After intitialy being quite wary of the vaccine, I decided it was safest to get it. For me, the benefits outweighed the risks and I did numerous things to prep my body. This is how I prepared for the COVID-19 vaccine. I’ll be honest, when the vaccine initially rolled out – I was skeptical. Most vaccines take years to produce, fine tune, test for safety, ensure efficacy. Most of all I wondered how safe these vaccines were. I hadn’t heard of mRNA vaccines but I was thankful a viral vector vaccine was also available (Johnson & Johnson). I decided to take a wait and see approach for a bit. I wasn’t the first to line up to get the vaccine honestly. I still wore a mask everywhere, socially distanced and was responsible. But I didn’t know yet if I’d get the vaccine. To be truthful, I was scared. I don’t…

Why I Started Therapy

I always want to be transparent with my readers and I want to tell you guys that I started therapy. I’m actually in a really good place. Anxiety is minimal, intrusive thoughts (almost all stemming from past trauma) are infrequent and I’m really happy. I thought it was the perfect time to start therapy. Here’s why. For those of you who don’t know, I had a less than conventional childhood. My mother was a physically, verbally and mentally abusive drug addict. In my first therapy session, when the doctor was asking basic questions about my life, I found myself recounting some of the following: everyone in my immediate family is/was a drug addictI often went hungry as a childI was neglected, abused and shown next to no loveI overdosed twice as a teen on pills my mother gave meshe started kicking me out of the house at 14, then calling…

An Unbiased Review of All In by Teddi Mellencamp

After seeing some emerging details about this program, I’m totally horrified that women are investing thousands in such a dangerous program. So here is an unbiased review of All In by Teddi Mellencamp. Listen, I watch Housewives. Beverly Hills is not and has never been at the top of my list. Let’s be honest, they just can’t keep up with New York. Last night I got sucked into Emily Gellis Lande’s Instagram about All In by Teddi Mellencamp. I wasn’t familiar with the program and I was shocked to see so many women sharing horror stories. My shock turned to anger when I saw that Teddi is now promoting her program for postpartum mothers. As a mother myself, that anyone would promote this starvation diet to a woman in her most vulnerable time is sickening. For the record, I have some several unbiased reviews on various programs, meal replacements and…

Why I’m Getting a Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer

Please read the full article on why I’m getting a breast augmentation with fat transfer. You’ll probably be surprised. Yes, I am getting a Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer! Here’s my story: I never thought I would ever consider getting a breast augmentation. I was never unsatisfied with my boobs before. I had solid B cups. They weren’t big, but they were perky and even though they were small for my body (I have very broad shoulders), I liked them. With my second, we had severe tongue and lip ties, which meant he also was unable to latch and I exclusively pumped for another six…
