Paleo-ish Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits

Almost Paleo Cheddar Jalapeño Biscuits These Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits are so easy to make and perfect for brunch and breakfast. I eat these with bacon, eggs, turkey, mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato. I’ve even used them as the English muffin part of my eggs benny, which was awesome. 1 cup almond flourtwo pastured eggs1 cup cheddar (shredded (I used white cheddar but I actually don't prefer it))2 jalapenos (diced)1/4 teaspoon baking soda (aluminum free) Set oven to 350.Combine all ingredients and shape into muffins (above).Bake on parchment paper for 15 minutes, or until golden. I eat these with bacon, eggs, turkey, mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato (but not all at the same time, although that would be good too).
