Almost Paleo Cheddar Jalapeño Biscuits
These Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits are so easy to make and perfect for brunch and breakfast. I eat these with bacon, eggs, turkey, mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato. I’ve even used them as the English muffin part of my eggs benny, which was awesome.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- two pastured eggs
- 1 cup cheddar shredded (I used white cheddar but I actually don’t prefer it)
- 2 jalapenos diced
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda aluminum free
Instructions
- Set oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients and shape into muffins (above).
- Bake on parchment paper for 15 minutes, or until golden.
Notes
I eat these with bacon, eggs, turkey, mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato (but not all at the same time, although that would be good too). I’ve even used it as the English muffin part of my eggs benny, which was awesome.
