Sometimes, I really crave a salad. I used to think it was really obnoxious when people said they craved salads. Or that people who ate salads constantly and loved them were obnoxious. But really, I was so restrictive with my food, that I never craved healthy food. I craved fat and sugar because I wasn’t feeding my body properly. Now that I eat an adequate amount of protein, healthy fats and safe starches, I seriously never crave junk food. I’m naturally drawn to healthy foods and it’s awesome.
