Breakfast

As usual, I wasn’t hungry. There is literally no reason to force yourself to eat in the morning if you’re not hungry. So, I drank some water mixed with kombucha and had 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

Lunch

Lunch was a tomato, mozzarella, romaine salad with my homemade basil dressing (recipe coming soon!). Even Scott loved it (that man is picky). I also had two grass-fed/sugar-free/non-toxic hot dogs with organic ketchup.

Dinner

I was craving two things: my paleo pad Thai and my recipe for PF Chang’s orange peel shrimp. Except, I am out of shrimp. So I made it with chicken. It was just as good.
