I used to hate buffalo wing sauce. I did NOT understand why people liked it. Or buffalo wings. I like wings, like garlic wings and Asian wings, but not buffalo wings.
Until recently.
Something changed. My husband loves buffalo sauce and add it to almost anything. And I started trying it. I ate it more and more. And now I really like it. I still haven’t had buffalo wings, but I had leftover chicken from cooking a whole chicken (I do this weekly and make broth with the carcass).
These eggs were SO good. Perfect for the upcoming spring and summer cookouts!
