Lavender Bath Salt – get it HERE

What better way to get your magnesium intake than to relax in the tub! If you’re having trouble sleeping or if you’re stressed out – this is the one to use. Just add a handful to running bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes a few times per week.

Hop in the tub and let your stresses melt away!

Ingredients:

Epsom salt – helps to eliminate toxins from the body, eases sore muscles and cramps, can even help with migraine headaches. Studies have shown that magnesium and sulfate are both readily absorbed through the skin, making Epsom salt baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the associated health benefits.

FREE NON-TOXIC MAKEUP!

The main makeup I use is Beautycounter. They have a commitment to non-toxic makeup and while it’s not 100% organic or all natural, it is non-toxic and very effective. It’s healthy makeup without sacrificing performance.

With every $75 Ancestral Organics order, I will send you one of three items of your choosing:

Lengthening Mascara – Black

This is one of my favorite mascaras. It’s seriously lengthening and thickens the lashes as well. It also really sticks to your lashes without falling all over your face. Check it out here.

Lip Gloss – Bare Shimmer

This color is BEAUTIFUL. I seriously think it would look on every woman, every shade. It’s not overpowering but is a natural, gorgeous shade. Check it out here.

Eyeliner – Black

Black eyeliner – a staple for every woman. I like this eyeliner because similar to the mascara, it doesn’t smudge everywhere. It has some serious staying power. Check it out here.

  1. Beautycounter is definitely not as non-toxic as you may think. Paraffin wax (which is petroleum based) is in their cosmetics, and they use phenoxyethanol as a preservative. Phenoxyethanol (rated a 4 by EWG) is commonly used in “non-toxic” brands; however, it isn’t exactly safe.

    Just some food for thought…
(PS – I know the following links are just blogs – it’s late and I don’t have time to pull up the MSDS and other studies…but they serve a purpose to get people thinking, at least).
