Chipotle Copycat Cilantro Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 tbsp butter
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions, using 2 tbsp of butter instead of just 1. Fluff the rice with a fork and let it cool. Toss with chopped cilantro and lime juice.BOOM.

How do you feel about rices? There are a lot of “brown rice” only advocates out there. When picking a rice what should we be looking for nutritionally?
