I don’t know about you, but the last thing I want to do as soon as I wake up is cook breakfast (whether it’s for me or someone else). I always recommend and factor batch cooking into my meal plans. It just makes life so much easier. You cook once and have breakfast for the entire week.
This quiche was beyond and easy and tasted amazing. It’s also an extremely healthy and balanced breakfast. It is full of vitamins, healthy fats and omega-3s from the eggs (make sure to buy pastured eggs) as well as veggies and grass-fed cheese.
This quiche take about 6 minutes to assemble, 40 minutes in the oven and you’re done. You have breakfast for the week. You can make more or less depending on how many you’re feeding.
