  • 1/3 cup kefir or yogurt
  • 1/3 cup kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbso olive oil
  • 1 scoop protein powder
