- 1 scoop Ancestral Nutrition Collagen Protein + Super Greens
- 1-2 kale leaves
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (or blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir (dairy-free or grass-fed/full fat)
- To keep the sugar content low, I like using blueberries.
- You could use ground flax seeds instead of chia seeds. Grind them in a coffee grinder before adding them to the blender.
- You could add nut milk instead of water if you prefer an extra creamy texture but I find it is perfect as is.
