Lovers of Pf Changs Orange Chicken will love my paleo version! It uses no refined sugar - just oranges and butter as well as a dash or sriracha for spiciness!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 large orange juiced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sriracha or garlic chili paste less if you don't like spice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Sautee the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the orange juice, butter, and sriracha.
  • Let it thicken.
  • Add the garlic and chicken back into the pan.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Serve with cauliflower rice or white rice cooked in butter.

Notes

Serve with rice or cauliflower rice!
