These paleo pork tacos taste just like those from your favorite taco joint but are way cheaper and way healthier! The perfect easy tacos recipe for Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Siete Almond Flour Tortillas see notes
  • avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp butter ghee, avocado or coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup homemade pico de gallo
  • shredded romaine
  • jalapenos
  • optional: grass-fed cheddar

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 400.
  • Lay out six tortillas and spray with avocado oil lightly.
  • Cook for about three minutes, until warm and bendable but not crispy and breaky.
  • Heat fat of choice in a pan over medium to medium high heat.
  • Add pork and spices. Cook through.
  • Layer pork, slices of avocado, pico de gallo, romaine and jalapeno.
  • Enjoy!
