The best Fudgy Paleo Brownies

These insanely delicious brownies are free of wheat, grains, and sugar. You can even make them dairy-free by using ghee instead of butter (I’m sure lard or palm shortening would work as well).

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a blender or food processor, puree all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips (I like to keep them whole).
  • Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a 9×9 baking pan for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Top with my paleo caramel sauce!

Notes

You can use lard or organic palm shortening instead of ghee. 
I like this brand of almond flour and this brand of raw honey.
