This easy spicy Mexican shrimp tastes just like the fancy shrimp dish you can order at Mexican restaurants but is way cheaper and healthier made at home! Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.

Instructions
Melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add the tomatoes, jalapenos and onions. Cook until completely soft.
Add the shrimp and cook for about two minutes on each side.
Add the garlic and cilantro and give it a stir.
Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
Notes
