At some point, don't we all suffer from constipation This smoothie is great for keeping you regular, boosting skin health and promoting safe and healthy weight loss!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups of greens I used spinach
  • 1 scoop collagen

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything on high, preferably in a Vitamix - a Vitamix pulverizes everything, even the tiny raspberry seeds so you're not chewing your smoothie.

Notes

Kefir – rich in probiotics and more potent than yogurt. The probiotics in kefir actually reach the intestines, whereas generally, the probiotics in yogurt only reach the stomach. Probiotics, or beneficial bacteria, are absolutely essential for regularity as well as immune health and mood management.
Avocado – avocado is one of my favorites, it’s creamy and delicious. It also happens to be rich in healthy fats and a crap ton of fiber.
Raspberries – raspberries add a bit of sweetness; they’re also rich in antioxidants, low in sugar and very high in fiber.
Collagen – collagen isn’t just great for wrinkles, cellulite, hair and nails. Its best function is that it helps heal gut lining – which is crucial for overall health and well-being.
