Topping:

Instructions
Heat the oven to 375.
Combine all of the muffin ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into lined baking cups.
Then, melt the butter, coconut sugar and cinnamon until melted.
Pour over each muffin.
Top with pecans.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Notes
For extra sweetness and moisture, make sure to pick a ripe banana.
