Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Ancestral Nutrition Collagen Protein + Super Greens
  • 1-2 kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (or blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir (dairy-free or grass-fed/full fat)

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth!

Notes

  • To keep the sugar content low, I like using blueberries.
  • You could use ground flax seeds instead of chia seeds.  Grind them in a coffee grinder before adding them to the blender.
  • You could add nut milk instead of water if you prefer an extra creamy texture but I find it is perfect as is.
