If you digest rice well and are looking for an easily absorbable form of glucose, and want to make things that taste really, really good, you need to make this rice.I love that it’s not only loaded with veggies, but also healthy fats from the bone broth and butter (which slows the absoption of glucose). 1cupriceor you could use 2 cups of cauliflower rice
1.5cupsbone broth or waterbone broth makes this much more nutrient dense
4cupsfresh spinachchopped
1oniondiced
3garlic clovesminced
at least 1 tbsp dill sprinkle of oreganooptional
4tbspbutter or ghee
Instructions
Cook rice. In a separate pan, saute the onion in the butter. Once the onion is soft, add the chopped spinach. Cook until completely soft. Add the garlic, dill, oregano.
