Melt your fat of choice. Add the mushrooms. Give 'em a good sear. Add the coconut aminos, sesame oil, and sriracha. Stir.Add the garlic.Serve with iceberg lettuce wraps. Serves two people as an appetizer or one person for lunch/dinner.
Notes
You can use any type of green leafy lettuce for lettuce wraps, but what I think works best is either bibb lettuce, romaine hearts or iceberg lettuce.
I used crimini mushrooms but diced shiitake, white button mushrooms or baby bellas would work equally well.
For meal prepping, prepare the filling and reheat quickly in the microwave or on the stove. Store the lettuce leaves in the fridge and assemble the wraps when ready to eat.
