Combine all ingredients (I used a food processor to make my life easier).
Line a 9x13 pan with wax paper.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom.
Pour the brownie batter over top.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
I ate three in about four minutes.
*(Don't skip this step. I didn't use more cocoa powder because I was out, so I melted the chocolate chips and it worked well. But I don't know how it would work if you just added the chips instead of melting.)For this recipe, I use this cacao powder, these chocolate chips, and this organic honey!
