Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 apple diced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese I used raw sheep's milk
  • optional: diced red onion
  • drizzle of olive
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Just combine everything and give it a toss.

Notes

You can use goat cheese instead of blue cheese.
