Superfood Carrot Cake Smoothie in a glass

Superfood Carrot Cake Smoothie

Dani
Wondering what’s so superfood-y about this Carrot Cake Smoothie? Carrots are a great source of vitamin C as well as potassium. They also help expel excess estrogen from the body (which can help prevent cancer). The egg yolks are a multivitamin rich in A, E, D and K as well as choline. And the gelatin heals and seal gut lining, firms skin, reduces cellulite and wrinkles while strengthening bones, joints and cartilage.
