High Protein Pumpkin Spice Smoothie (Paleo, Low-Carb, Low-Sugar, Whole30)

This high-protein Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is a creamy, delicious treat that feels like you’re having dessert despite the fact that this autumnal smoothie actually has no sugar. It’s also paleo, dairy-free, low-carb and Whole30 safe. It’s the absolute perfect snack.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream or a mixture of both
  • 2 scoops Primal Fuel vanilla coconut or straight collagen for Whole30
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • optional: ice


  • Put everything in a Vitamix and blend until smooth!


For this recipe, I like to use my new favorite protein powder, Collagen Fuel.
