This high-protein Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is a creamy, delicious treat that feels like you’re having dessert despite the fact that this autumnal smoothie actually has no sugar. It’s also paleo, dairy-free, low-carb and Whole30 safe. It’s the absolute perfect snack.

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream or a mixture of both
- 2 scoops Primal Fuel vanilla coconut or straight collagen for Whole30
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- optional: ice
Put everything in a
Vitamix and blend until smooth!
For this recipe, I like to use my new favorite protein powder, Collagen Fuel.
