ghee, avocado or coconut oil

chili powder

cumin

avocado
sliced

homemade pico de gallo
shredded romaine
jalapenos
optional: grass-fed cheddar
Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 400.
Lay out six tortillas and spray with
avocado oil
lightly.
Cook for about three minutes, until warm and bendable but not crispy and breaky.
Heat fat of choice in a pan over medium to medium high heat.
Add pork and spices. Cook through.
Layer pork, slices of avocado, pico de gallo, romaine and jalapeno.
