I kind of feel like you can add sour cream and dill to anything and call it Russian. But my grandmother used to make this salad and I grew up eating it. It’s refreshing and a perfect side dish for chicken, fish, pork, steak, everything.

Tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and dill in a divine creamy dressing that tastes rich but is healthy and mayo-free! This Russian Salad is the perfect side for a bbq!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber or 2 small cucumbers diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/4 onion sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients. The longer this sits out the better the flavors will mesh together.
